Cancellation Policy

PATCH TEST IS REQUIRED AT LEAST 48HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS INCLUDES TINTING AND PERMING TREATMENTS. IF FAILED TO DO SO YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED AND A 50% FEE WILL BE CHARGED. REGULAR CLIENTS- YOU WILL NEED TO BE RE-PATCH TESTED IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD TINT DONE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OR PERMING TREATMENTS DONE WITHIN 3 MONTHS. Your appointment is very important to us at AK Beauty, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary; we ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity for their appointment. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago but if you have booked online you will receive confirmation, option to added to your calendar & a reminder.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee of 50% cost of treatment will apply If you do not give us 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment you will be charged. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our clients of any availability as our cancellation list is long. If you No Show/No Text you will be charged 100% Cost of Treatment.
